Mechanical structure, high-performance materials, mineral casting/mineral cast.

From large machining centers to various industrial machines, we achieve outstanding environmental performance and high mechanical performance. *Various application results are currently available.

Mineral casting is an engineering material with great future potential. [Features] - High vibration damping: Contributes to improved processing accuracy. - Excellent thermal stability: Contributes to improved processing accuracy and operational efficiency. - Manufactured using room temperature casting, allowing for high-precision bonding, which increases design flexibility (pre-embedding of wiring, ducts, and guide mounting bases is possible). - CO2 emissions during manufacturing can be reduced by nearly 80% (compared to traditional casting, according to research from the German headquarters). - It is an insulating material. - It has water resistance and resistance to many cutting oils and coolants. - It is produced ecologically using abundant materials, allowing for a stable long-term supply. - It has X-ray shielding properties (in some products). - Good recyclability: It can be crushed and used as aggregate for road construction. Hybrid: A combination of mineral casting and various structural materials.

It has excellent compatibility with castings and can bodies!

If you're interested in mineral casting but have concerns such as: → Is the strength insufficient? → Is there a high initial investment (mold cost)? → Isn't it cumbersome to replace castings and can bodies from scratch? We recommend RAMPF's hybrid structure "EPUFILLⓇ". By simply filling the gaps in castings and can bodies, you can add the excellent damping and thermal properties characteristic of mineral casting. ◎ You can ensure strength with castings and can bodies. ◎ Since you only need to fill the gaps in the structure with mineral casting, the mold cost is zero. ◎ You can use existing structures, eliminating the hassle of new designs. Furthermore, if you choose the DIY kit "EPUSELF" with good fluidity, there's no need for a vibration table! You can fill it on-site at your company (however, please note that the filling amount and the shape of the structural gaps may vary, so we recommend a preliminary meeting). While new designs will be necessary, it is also possible to achieve an "ideal hybrid structure" through structural analysis by combining "lightweight thin-walled castings + the performance of mineral casting." A new form that has never existed before will be created by your hands. Please feel free to contact us!

Mineral casting

Leveraging the characteristics of high damping, it contributes to the high precision and high speed of machines. Achieving stable supply with pure domestic production.

"Mineral Casting" is a polymer concrete that solidifies aggregates with resin, featuring high damping properties, low thermal conductivity, and electrical insulation. By adopting it in machinery, high levels of damping can be achieved, and through a hybrid structure that fills a cast iron frame with mineral casting, it can also achieve high rigidity equivalent to cast iron. [Features] - Approximately 10 times the damping performance compared to cast iron (FC300), about 1/30 the thermal conductivity, and high electrical insulation - Significant reduction in manufacturing processes by incorporating insert nuts, grounding wires, coolant pipes, etc. (total cost reduction) - No melting process, greatly reducing CO2 emissions - High-precision transfer technology (0.003 to 0.007mm/1000mm) reduces costs through processing-free methods - Purely domestically produced with stable supply (production line with a capacity of 2000t/year will be fully operational from April) - Maximum size of 3,900×3,100mm, height of 4,000mm, and capable of handling up to 15t *For more details, please refer to the materials.
